Our Review…
We took off our psychological suspense/thriller genre hats, to read about Ben and Tatum’s heartwarming story. I liked that Allison Winn Scotch made Ben and Tatum seem like everyday people when it came to love, relationships, and parenting even though they became Hollywood stars. Although their Hollywood, “walk of fame” lifestyle was like watching it on film, some parts more relatable to everyday people, their everyday problems like a crying kid, who is walking the dog before he poops on the carpet, work late/babysitting issues, and finally… finding time for each other without losing perspective about why you fell in love in the first place, was highly relateable. You’ll definitely find yourself rooting for Ben and Tatum. It was nice to take a break from the twisty psychotic people we tend to love to read about. Lol
