I love a book that grips me from page one! Alex Sinclair’s writing is so real! He has a way of “writing you into the story” so that you feel the characters are a part of your own world!

In this story, I felt trapped on this high rise apartment building anxious and stir crazy as I read about Erika’s quest to find her little girl! I also felt like screaming at her at times to get it together! Her anxiety attacks and paranoid ramblings made her seem the one who needed to be taken away! I also love how he weaves the past into the story and reveals how Erika got to this point in the apartment building. Brilliant writing!

Sinclair wrote so many plot twists and definitely kept you guessing until the last page! I absolutely LOVE his style of writing and the flow of the story. Some fair warnings… not everyone is who they seem in this story! And Michael? Hmmm… where the hell is he anyway? Ugh! What a crazy good, unputdownable, twisty as hell thriller of a read! We loved it and give it 5 twisty stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
