Can they figure out who it is before another girl dies. But when things get personal will one of there own be his next target?

The Girls in the Water by Victoria Jenkins was a good first book in a new series.  It was entertaining and left you guessing.  It was one of those books that don’t really give you enough information to figure out who before hand but wraps everything up nicely in the end.  Looking forward to more in this series.
